If you are using google chrome, and when it says download fails, go to your downloads history, and click download anyways from there

Visual C++ extension is not installed, by pressing "Ok" will begin to download the vs_community setup. but nothing happens and I don't know how to manually get the "visual C++ extension" please help D:
