Need avatar and title done
Straightforward, want an avatar made and a title (or whatever those bar things are, such as 'Anti-Scam').
Avatar will be of a given picture, but want it in gif form for particle effects and my name to loop through it in some fashion.
Title bar will also be a gif of my name with a water rising effect.
I'm assuming that if you accept this you know what can and can't be uploaded as an avatar and the pictures given will work.
