1. reinstall ca

2.do wut that guy said, ( install dirextx thingy )

3. try with out hacks

4. try with hacks o_O

5. if you use window mode dont, it says that to me when i use window mode.

#1 ) Make sure you have the requirements to run Combat Arms
Use this site to check if you do, it's called Can You Run it:

Sorry for posting an outside link, but it does work and no viruses etc;
If you can't run it, then forget the next steps, you're screwed
#2 ) reinstall CA, remember to backup all your mods/hacks before so, so you don't cry
and then come back to us, we'll just say: "You fail [-FacePalm-]"
#3) Update DirectX
-Just google "Update DirectX" and you should be fine
Remember to visit the legit sites like Microsoft, and not some suspicious download site.
#4) It should work now

The GPU must support T&L. Graphics — Support for hardware transform and lighting (T&L). Thats a list of Intel chipsets that dont/do.

If it doesnt then the game may not run. Yes there are people who have run the game on the Intel GPU. For some strange reason after a patch or update the Intel GPU stops running the game. So, it doesnt matter if you have played before, it might not work now.

Also, run this test - Can You Run It. Your looking for hardware T&L, if your system fails the T&L test the game will not run at all, or it will not run propperly.

this is a sign of appliancesyndreatiss meaning your system hates you becuase your black. just kidding try reinstalling ca that may fix your problem, make sure u have directx updated
