How Do I Stop Procrastinating
Make a schedule and follow the damn thing
I had a day off today (no uni)... Been procrastinating since 9am (its 9pm now).
I said to myself "Gonna play 1 comp game on overwatch and then do my essay". A couple hours later. Turned off overwatch. Went downstairs to each lunch. Didn't eat lunch, went back to overwatch. Went downstairs got dinner, ate it. Came back up said to myself "1 game of overwatch then I'll do my essay". It's now 9pm...
As I write this, I think I know what to do. Going to put my controller somewhere far away.
Edit: put my controller in my storage footrest thing

OMG, that actually sorta worked.
I can;t believe I'm posting back 4 mins later... Thats how long I wasted away from overwatch.... just went downstairs to make myself a drink (lemon and water, I'm sick). Came upstairs to my room and I was jsut like, I think 1 game of overwatch and I'm going to bed. went to turn on my ps4... no controller...

Sounds like Overwatch is the main distraction! I'm the same with games, I tell myself I'll play one game then 6 hours later I'm still sat in my undies on the sofa, hungry, and annoyed that I having done anything.
Just take a fuckload of adderal and do all your work in one sitting
I study by making note cards, reading notes, researching things I find interesting about my topic. For example: if I were to study Middle Eastern culture, I'd research about Middle Eastern styles of music and dance, because those things interest me! If I'm not doing that, I study vocabulary or specific topics. Memrise and Quizlet are good tools for that. But if you're willing to take more time, write notes! As I said before, experiment with new things. Eventually you'll find one that clicks.
Sleeping is loseless, you can save your 7 hours man c'mon

The guy that told you adderall is the key. He is right lol. I use adderall recreationally and I do entire weeks of work in two sittings. I attend a top university on the east coast and basically everyone at my school works their ass off for two-three days and parties on the weekend. P.S welcome to the Ivy leagues
