I need some help to stop procrastinating. I had it all figured out last year. I basically woke up early, went to school early (even if I didn't have classes on that day or didn't have classes till way later in the day) and did all my work in the library. That kept me way above my game. Always got shit done early (to an extent). I was 80% happy with how I handled it then and always had time to do something fun at home (video game etc)
Now, this year since it takes so long to travel to my school I can't even wake up early to get their early because I wake up at 5:30am to get there at 9am for my classes. I finish around 2pm and get home at 4:15pm.
I do 4 subjects. So 4 hours a day?
Means I would be free to do whatever at 8:15pm (then I got to shower, have dinner, work out so I'm not a fat fuck). By that time it would be way past bed time. (I want to get at least 8-9 hours of sleep). What do I do?
Summary
5:30am - Wake up
9:00am - Classes start
2:00pm - Classes End
4:15pm - Get home
8:15pm - Studied 1 hour each for 4 subjects
9:15pm - Dinner, workout, shower (1 hour isn't even enough time for all that)
10:15pm - Sleep
~7 hours sleep
Does this mean I don't even get a break on my uni days? And I get less than 8 hours of sleep? What do you guys do?
Just thinking about this schedule makes me procrastinate even more
P.S: I have 2 jobs and college and I play video games 3-4 times a week.
SO YOU CAN TOO.

To be honest after you reach the age of around 20, you don't need that much sleep for growing. Before the age of 20 you should get 8 hours minimum sleep a day. I don't exactly know how old you are, but if over 20 cut down sleep to like 6 hours and you will get used to it. If you are younger than that try really intensive workouts for like 30 mins, or workout every day normally for 30 mins. Cook during study sessions.
Also eat in the shower, if you are like @Chanchanbimy and ur asian then some rice or noodles will match fine with the water...

Lol no I don't study but I have a B average.
I don't study for those weekly tests and what not. I do however study for finals or simi finals. You get the jest of it.

I need as much sleep as I can get or else I'll fall asleep in the middle of the day. Tbh if on weekends I sleep 10-12hours. Sleep is life.
I couldn't eat in the shower lol.

I can maintain 70-80% without studying extra. But I want to get marks in the 90's... Seems like a dream atm
Pretty much self motivation.

Uhm maybe use Overwatch as a reward for yourself?

Dude overall the way I look at it is, do you want to do labor work and get shit on when you are 40 years old? Yes? Then don't do anything. No? Then just do the "hard" work right now so you can relax later in life. Easy as that. Not like anything matters either way.

I've tried doing this but I usually end up playing overwatch first... Plus according to my schedule, I don't even have time for overwatch/relaxing time.

In an ideal world you're right. However, many apply this concept (such as myself). Its both relaxing and working together forever
There's really no advice. I have a similar schedule as you, I'm also a student. I procrastinate too, no one is perfect. Usually when I'm off task, I'm always wary of the consequences. It takes a strong mentality to remember what's priority.
