That kept me way above my game. Always got shit done early (to an extent). I was 80% happy with how I handled it then and always had time to do something fun at home (video game etc)

Now, this year since it takes so long to travel to my school I can't even wake up early to get their early because I wake up at 5:30am to get there at 9am for my classes. I finish around 2pm and get home at 4:15pm.

I do 4 subjects. So 4 hours a day?
Means I would be free to do whatever at 8:15pm (then I got to shower, have dinner, work out so I'm not a fat fuck). By that time it would be way past bed time. (I want to get at least 8-9 hours of sleep). What do I do?

Summary
5:30am - Wake up
9:00am - Classes start
2:00pm - Classes End
4:15pm - Get home
8:15pm - Studied 1 hour each for 4 subjects
9:15pm - Dinner, workout, shower (1 hour isn't even enough time for all that)
10:15pm - Sleep

~7 hours sleep
Does this mean I don't even get a break on my uni days? And I get less than 8 hours of sleep? What do you guys do?

Just thinking about this schedule makes me procrastinate even more
For your commuting, do you drive yourself or do you take public transportation?

Public transport.
Approximately:
Uni > Wait 20 mins > Bus (20 mins) > wait 10 mins > train (45 mins) > Wait 10 mins > Bus (20 mins) > Home

Home > Get dropped off at station (10 mins) > wait 5-10 mins > train (45 mins) > wait 20 mins > bus (20 mins) > uni

Then do half your studying on the trains and buses. It'll get rid of a couple of hours of studying, that way you have more free time.

On a train its pretty difficult to get study done. Esp with everything being on the internet, its sort of difficult because all I'd have is my phone internet (only got 2gb of data per month)

Do they not provide free wifi on the train? If they don't try buying a little portable wifi boxes. Usually will cost $10-20/month. But I think it'll be worth it in the long run when you can save hours of time.

EDIT: Also saw you said you like studying in silence. Two things you can do. One: Get some ear plugs to just get rid of noise. or two: Get some soundproof Bose/any headphones and then play white sound.
Procrastination is really hard to get past, but once you start to commit yourself to work, you get used to it and feel better about not procrastinating. Genetically you could inherit this as well. I am still affected by this too.
I work around 12 hours a day. I travel 2 hours a day. Means 14 hours a day busy with work stuff. I know exactly what you are going through. And what seems to be a solution is move closer to your University. Otherwise you'll have to do what I do. Set priorities. What is most and what is least important. Unfortunately there is a thing called time and it holds you back from doing all the things you gotta do. So you'll have to start making priorities. Sorry to tell you.
study between school and travelling to go home? unless you walk it
I used to do my studying on the way. I never used to do anything whilst I was on the train anyway apart from stare out the window, so It was a good time to do it for me. The train ride was about 40 minutes long so I could get ahead with a subject or two if I didn't have a lot to do for it in the first place.
You could do what Kobe Bryant does and sleep like 3 hours a day.
But on a serious note, might sound cheesy but try the nofap challenge.

Well at least I have a 5 day head start
Been thinking about studying on the train but how do I study with all the noise around me? I like to study in silence.
