help please?

im having an problem with cod waw. When i try joining an server i get stuck on the awaiting challenge 1...... any help is much appreacitated

its awaiting connection im sorry and also the game just freezes.

It means your router isn't accepting connections properly, you need to forward some ports. Find the brand of your router and use some google magic.

i figured it out i had to reset my router / internet connection via cmd

Have you obught a new game, or is it 2nd hand? Or did you get a cracked server. 2nd hand or cracked server could be the problem.
