Quick question for you guys,

Just recently I decided to take up C++ following an old yet still usable website, I'm sure you all know which it is. I haven't even gotten to arrays yet but I'm trying my best not to get ahead of myself. My ultimate goal in the end is to be able to develop and release hacks for various games across various sites, and maybe with the help of a few friends, I can delve into the world of private hacks!

So to start off, I know that an Internal (DLL Injected) and External hack are different in ways that it reads and access the memory, what I'm questioning is at what point do you figure that you're (me!) ready to start hacking, to start modifying a games value? I have experience with Cheat Engine, as in I've used it before, I'm familiar with the interface and know my way around the program, but if you asked me to find the Address for your Health in a game, I'd exit the area in an instant.

I'm not even at learning arrays yet in C++, very new, I've made a program that asks for 2 numbers and gives back an average, super simple, so I've obviously got a long ways to go before jumping into hacking, but once I do finish up learning C++, how many practice programs should I make? Are there specific programs with specific functions that you guys recommend I should take an attempt at coding to get great practice in a lot of areas of the language? Should I learn and master Cheat Engine and finding addresses and pointers and such prior to even thinking of making a hack?

Sorry for the long ass post, but if you guys could give me some info, that would be greatly appreciated. Maybe even tell me your path you took, how long did you spend on just learning, practicing and mastering C++ prior to creating hacks? 6 months to a year? Over a year??

Thanks guys! <3
