Apple DD?

If apple deliver computer and no signing required and postman just leave the package at front door how difficult would it be to DD?

Would they ship out computer in same time frame as if it was refunded (few days) or would there be lengthy investigation?

I'd not recommend DDip them, if you wanna try and fail, you can return 1 package, so you get your refund :P

Double Dipping has worked for Apple, although I do not recommend it as there's a higher risk on failing.
