Services thread deleted

Hey guys, I made a thread in the User Services sections, I am just wondering why it was denied?

I submitted proof and to bypass 300 post rule, i given vouch copy to @Raple. But no idea why @Hova deleted that.

I have already sent PM to @Hova 2 days ago but no reply yet. That is why posting here.

I'm getting to moderation as we speak and have been grinding it down as quickly as I can.
