Just received my iphone. Ups left it at my door. Should i just say never arrived?

Yes. I've refunded ipad that was left at the door. Act like you're pissed. Tell them they are supposed to get sig for the package.

Use that excuse and get your refund. Don't use the account you ordered with on the iPhone as a precaution.
