That's actually not true, he won't lose his job over one empty box complaint. However if you do multiple times with the same driver/address and the complaint goes through to the shipping carrier they will either think the driver is at fault or that the customer is committing fraud.

My dude refunders here do dozens of refunds a day, so you're telling me all these shipping companies are firing hundreds of drivers a day at a rate faster than which they can get new ones? The chance of a driver getting fired because someone claimed an empty box is very slim. So don't tell people wrong information if you don't know what you're talking about.

Yes stupid fuck it pretty sure anything higher than 500 or someshit its basically their fault for losing it? Thats why they start an investigation for a reason they wouldnt do that shit if it wasnt serious

Most of the time investigations barely get that serious where they have to fire drivers, but whatever you know everything, so continue saying what you want. There's a reason they ask if the box has been tampered with if you say empty box method.

This guy got it right. It isnt cost efficient to lose so many delivery guys daily. Honestly retarded if you think they would do that. Multiple issues with the same delivery guy than maybe. But even then they just chalk it up to a loss and move on
