Maybe I was one of the lucky ones but I got a 4.5k MS uk refund last week. I was shitting myself as they obviously had 10 days to respond and the PayPal dispute was still open and it was all closed on the 14th day. Phew!!

I'm currrently trying to double dip them for one of the items, I'll update this thread soon..

So is this method completely dead now then? They are actually responding to claims?

Hhmmmm probably bullshit. These refunders for ms are liars. All they do is open up a ticket on ms site saying all goods or partial not received, give you the number and tell you to open up a case with pp, add the ms claim to pp where you will get a refund, hence the comments of 15 days to get a refund.

So has there been a case of uk ms responding to pp claims or just US? Probably most of lost easily a mill of specific claims for this lol

Microsoft is responding to claims on paypal regardless of what country you're from. That's the public method but Microgod claims to have another method but i can't confirm anything nor will i be trying microsoft anytime soon.
Is there any method of refunding without using paypal? Made a purchase with a CC, and say missing package?
