What's the quickest way of learning C++. Any good tutorials out there that anyone could recommend?

I'd say get this app on your phone or mobile device called "Learning c++" it's free and gives good information on it and gives little quizes to make sure you're learning.

I would also say challenge yourself,

Think of something to make, and go at it... they might/will be gaps in your knowledge, but this is 2017 so Google it.

Learning by Practice (learning from your mistakes) and being taught yields to different developers. For my experience, and those who practice have the upper hand against those who were taught. Even against those who were taught at university level.

But a nice middle ground would only make you that much more, just saying to practice

I remember the good 'ol days when you'd just get a nice thick book of the language you were trying to learn

Hint: Scott Meyers has some amazing books on C++14 and 17.

cppreference.com whole that you need, and if you wanna can able to use debuggers and disassemblers, learn intel assembly and let the magic fade...

App, online teaching' videos, exercises etc
