Paypal help pls

I never made an Paypal account, can someone tell me some instructions ? Can i make it just really fast or do I need to the bank for approval or something like that? Do i get charged for having it opened like you get charged a small fee for having a bank account?

Just goto paypal and register. After registering link your credit card, bank or what ever you want to link. It's very straightforward.

You need a banking account.

Another question: so i have a bank account that my dad puts money on and then i can withdraw it with my card, so im wondering can he see what that i signed into paypal or that i am making transactions like if I buy something for example from ebay?

@Zekida you can make a PayPal for free without having to really link a card or a bank account, but you can get limited if you receive a lot of funds in a short time span after making it, and then they'll hold the money you send and receive for up to (28 days or some shit?)

So if you got your own card, I'd link it after making your PayPal

It's really quick. You don't need to link a bank/card but it's recommended.

Im asking all this because i want to buy myself neon lights (like the purple ones they have in studios) and install them in my room. This is what im thinking of buying: https://www.aliexpress.com/store/pro....7879e42f2ErGJ If you have any better suggestions, post it, and another question, Im from Croatia and the currency is called KUNA, which is the currency i have on my bank account, the prices on the website r set in dollars and on the phone app it also shows me in kuna's, so will it expect kuna's on the website also? but im thinking of buying it over the phone cuz you get a discount or some shit and i wanna save as much money as possible cuz im a student lol
