Like Zaczero said it's a variant of FlatUI, however this variant is called MonoFlat

Hmm I'm not too sure about that one tbh, might just be outdated though. Most of this tool was made almost 3 years ago so I don't recall how the WoW AutoAccepter works, but it may break easily from what I remember. I'm also not gonna update this tool since the code is literal spaghetti from when I hadn't adopted programming style-standards at all, sorry.
