Might be caused by either your Firewall/Antivirus blocking it's connection to the internet, now this is actually because it tries to look up which version of AutoAccept that is the most recent by checking with a .txt file online (I actually forgot to remove it when I made it free to use and it should be 8.4 forever so no reason to worry).

If you don't realize what the reason for this program is then you probably won't need it.
