Some people probably WON'T be able to fix the lag. But if you've tried gamebooster, try King's post for tune-up utilities.

Get a disc cleaning program.
Defragment your computer.
Download Smart-Close and GameBooster
Run Smart-Close and then GameBooster.
Open CF set all the settings as low as possible.
