SRSZStarter kits for learning coding, hacking, modifying?

I being looking in the internet for some kind of help but I can't seem to find any kind of tutorials on how to do stuff of what this website provides.
Im a quick learner and dont stop doing what i am doing until its done. i learn at a pretty fast pace and was wondering if there kits for learning online instead of going to school. I be willing to waste a few hundred dollars in programs to teach my self from my desktop computer.
i pretty much know the fundamentals of it of program making and making other type of programs to make that program work. i think not sure.
be a pleasure to be given a push since i really got nothing to do for a few years in my life. if possible in this website also, if not give me a throw at something to look at.
sorry if this not make concern of this post in this community.
zero experience at this as this is me do I have to make something from stratch or are there already stuff out there to us to make stuff happen.

Get a cracked version of Visual Studio and you can try to teach yourself code

I don't know how it is where you live. Although I live in Oxford, and the university often do free workshops. I found this really useful, perhaps something to look into?
