This isn't really going anywhere.

Hacks teams don't usually work out, and I'll be honest the reason why they don't is because its usually one individual doing all the work. Idk, hacking is just one of those things where having a lot of people just get in the way. Perhaps if you had a team of people with memory searchers doing the brunt work, but often its still up to the lead guy to organize everything: make sure people are searching the right address, checking/ verifying addresses, coding the addies into a hack, etc. So the lead guys is the brains behind the operation, but usually team members tend to be incompetent and take a lot of coaching and training so its quicker just to do it yourself.
