Jr GFX Application thread

This is the application thread for the jr gfx team

bit of info bout the jrs

The Jr GFX. will be a small team of 4 to 5 members maximum. They must be able to give constructive criticism and give positive feedback. Being in the Jr GFX team is not only a privilege but it is also a responsibility. Can't handle it? Then don't apply. The Jr GFX is also a "gateway" into possibly entering the GFX Team which is an official MPGH User Group. Being Jr GFX allows you to post renders for challenges, make polls for challenges, they will receive a user bar from Kyle or myself. But the main task is to help and inspire people to get better.
