Jr. GFX Application Thread

This is for applications and to set out guidelines for Jr GFX Team.

Requirements

• 300 posts min.
• 10% Activity
• Must be Friendly and Helpful to other members.

Description of Jr GFX

The Jr GFX. will be a small team of 4 to 5 members maximum. They must be able to give constructive criticism and give positive feedback. Being in the Jr GFX team is not only a privilege but it is also a responsibility. Can't handle it? Then don't apply. The Jr GFX is also a "gateway" into possibly entering the GFX Team which is an official MPGH User Group. Being Jr GFX allows you to post renders for challenges, make polls for challenges, they will receive a userbar from Kyle or myself. But the main task is to help and inspire people to get better.

However if I see flaming or negative feedback, or nonconstructive criticism from more than 2 members of the Jr GFX team, the team will be removed, and stripped of their privileges (they get to keep their userbars though )

Why you want to join Jr GFX: I feel like I can contribute lots of resources to this group, and I want to help most people out on this forum. I can give helpful criticism, insight on pieces, as well as helping out others over MSN and such.

What you hope to contribute: Tutorials, Resource packs, renders, general knowledge, Asianess, etc. I can contribute what needs to be contributed.

Why you want to join Jr GFX: Because I spend most my time on MPGH in the GFX section, MPGH has helped me so much in graphics and I feel now I am much more experianced to help people below me. I contribute to the GFX quite alot, and I am currently making .psd packs, c4d packs etc with iKnow. On most signatures I don't just rate but I give lots of C&C like I would like to be given. I am not only a tag maker, but I am mainly a webdesigner&logo designer.

What you hope to contribute: RESOURCES. I improved a bunch in GFX when I downloaded some packages, so now I'm making them with iKnow, and maybe a few others. I also hope to give useful, understandable C&C in the showoff section.

NOTE: I am a little bit worried that like the last jrGFX's, the standerd of signature was not that high and there were like 8 members at one point. I hope that changes this time.

-Been a former GFX member, and I just want to be back in the team.
I can help a lot, I've posted alot of tutorials already, and me and Greg are going to post fucking much resource packs.

-I can contribute my knowledge of the program Photoshop, I can contribute a lot of my sig's, and well, fuck this. You gaise know me 8)
