@ Topic, what do you mean? DarkBasic , DirectX Sdk, there are some other 2D and 3D game engines out there, some commercial, some open source.

At any rate, it's hell-ass more fun to make your own game, especially since you can develop hacks for it more easily than anyone else and release them as vip...lol...
Also, someone should make an intellisense in real life. Greatest invention in the world, lol. Like... a microchip or something.
