I noticed a big concern of mine of the IM system the other day. Once I had auto-logged in like normal, my ip was different so I needed to grab my authenticator code to pass the 2FA on MPGH.

I could use IM without providing the 2FA, this is a scary concern considering 2FA was there to avoid scamming due to people hacking then posting a sales thread etc.

However now if anyone is hacked the hacker is able to use IM to contact anyone they wish, which could be previous customers of a highly reputated member of MPGH.

I hope you are able to fix this/work out the solution.

A "mark message as unread" feature would be great. That way, it'd help people remember to go back to a message if they ever have to leave before they are able to answer the question.

Honestly, if your service was good enough, people would wait for your response on IM. If they don't, it just proves that your service isn't a priority to the customer.

I never said I'm a seller, I need to buy some accounts to a seller here to resell them somewhere. And clients where I resell them were impatient cuz I make them waiting for more than 24 hours that's all

Agree and Disagree. It does not matter how shit a Service is. Sellers and customers should not be affected by stupidity...

One whole fucking month has passed and nothing has been changed, fixed, or updated. All the posts posted in this thread are useless and probably not even read by Dave or anyone linked to this project. I given over 15-20 key things that have ot be added or fixed and nothing has been done. At this point people are not giving a single fuck anymore and leaving to other forums. The Marketplace is the ONLY thing that keeps MPGH alive. It is sad to see how they are letting it die, when all we ask is simple update of WHAT THE FUCK is going on.

People have tried to be mature and patient about this, but it has gotten to the point where people are not even giving a fuck about MPGH, Scamming Members, Exit Scamming, and being mature. This was supposed to protect MPGH members who used the marketplace, but all this has done is fuck everyone. Sellers, Customers, Minions, Moderators, and every single person in MPGH. Staff has even more shit to handle now, than they did before. Shit is not even organized.

We try to help, we try to offer help, we try to keep people positive, we try to find workarounds, but it's all a waste of time. The way this piece of shit need IM has been implemented and handled has been pathetic. I'm sorry to say it but that's crude truth. Have done dozens of deals and have invested money into this forum, that's why I care.

All we ask is for a simple update on the situation, for simple fixes, and for MPGH not to suck. We aren't asking for the Stars or for a house in the moon. If we are bitching it's because of I/we care.

Won't this force many lurkers to just try to spam out posts or threads?
It'll be better just to make it a time limitation. Account has to be X days old to PM.

Suggestions: Notes/Nicknames

Please add something where we can type in ourselves that shows when hovering/clicking or right beside the username (like *****). A lot of time I add someone and forget why I added them. Having a note beside will greatly improve user experience.

Reason it hasn't been fixed was posted earlier in the thread. It won't be resolved until we get some new servers co-located. Azure sucks ass.

Suggestion: Add [Delete Lock Add-On Option] after chat started.
For...Possible future add-ons!* for Premium members.
Also, a custom contact pin for the new un-finished buy request would be nice.
