Microsoft Help please
Hey guys so i made an order on december 8th and got it delivered on the 12th and i did the refund process with Microsoft when i cantacted them they escalated the issue to tier 3 support and they told me i'd get emailed 24-48hrs and its been a week and still no email but the investigation is still going on and i have not been updated so i am just wondering if this has happened to anyone? I have been in contact with microsoft chat and they keep saying its still being reviewed..
you contacted MS and not PP?
I though you used paypal with Microsoft refunds?
I did mine early December and just waited 11 days after opening a Item not received case and since they did not respond paypal just gave refund. ($46xx refund)
You might want to contact a refunder or return the item asap! Because if i recall the return window is 30 days and you dont want to get stuck with the bill.
