i downloaded some random version of BC2 ESP (it just shows the names of the enemies on the screen and their hp) on the pirate bay and have been using it on ranked servers for the better part of yesterday night/this morning and have yet to be PB kicked from a single server

the hack i got works great

i don't know if this is the same one, but if it is it doesn't even require any "trickery" to beat PB lol its just undetected as far as i can tell

just wanted to add that i've been playing on multiple random servers, and ONLY play on punkbuster-enabled ones. I don't play on non-PB servers too many other hackers there I can't stand out :P

EDIT:

upon further investigation the ESP hack I'm using is not this one :P there is an ESP hack publicly available that is completely undetected. don't ask me for the link, i'm not proliferating its distrobution. anyone smart enough to read my post carefully should be able to find it the same way i did.
