You don't have to edit .FLT to code. Just learn a language and get a compiler.
wat does .FLT files have to do with anything..??
ya FLT files have nothing to do with it. learn c++

Flt files are the base format for basic HackShield PRO bypasses.
Dont think you can tear apart bypasses and update addies,
it doesn't work like that.
