2 days ago I called apple to refund my order, 30 minutes later I received an email saying we are refunding your items......today I received an investigation email from ups, should I ignore it or what?

There's always 2 answers to this from different people. One side will say to ignore it while the other will say to respond to it. I personally would respond sticking to your story.

I've heard that their Policies have changed on refunds so I would suggest responding to them and sticking to your story.

UPS usually emails asking about the issue in regards to your order. Just reply back telling them you spoke with an Apple rep and [excuse used] in regards to the package. They don't reply back once you've replied.

Reply to them always. UPS are actually pretty lenient. I usually get no reply after I email them once or twice.

Of course Apple works still.

Message back and stick to your story. They're not gonna get a search warrant to look through your entire house. It's just standard protocol I suppose

Whats your success rate though, I had two orders, one worked other didn't. Weird

Apple is random atm. It doesn't matter what story you use.

If you get paypal refund confirmation can they still cancel it? Money hasnt hit bank tho

Is this affecting replacements as well? My strategy has been to request a replacement and then return that.
