Question about Banned
So I see a ton of people have the banned tag and no reason. I was wondering is there a way to find out why they are banned.
Like for example,
I was checking ROTMG sections and I saw a minion @Luverdark has the banned tag and I've seen this with other people but they still type and all that. I was wondering what that was about. Are they really banned or is it some fake tag.
