didnt get trough the apporoval 2 Times.

First reason was NO PROOF, so i added proof.
Second reason was : doesn't meet the requirements to start a boosting service

What does it mean ? Why am i not allowed to start a boosting service ?
Cant find anything in the rules.

Srsly i will be able to do it on this account or?

Can u tell me where i can find a person to vouch for me ?
Just write some staff member or do i have to open a thread?
or can i just start my Boosting Thread and ask in the first post for some vouches ?
