Cloud save transfer to PTB

When i changed over to the public test building my cloud edit didnt transfer do i have to do it again with the ptb or has dbd patched it?

Only few things didn't correctly transfer for me: the killers levels, which were the only things I really never hacked xD

I made a updated save file with items, level50 and prestige 3.
