Is speed hacking dead?

I don't really want it, but I've seen that it just "lags" your character now. You just glitch about like you lag.

For Killer?
Well, for killer, no bypass is required. Press windows key and search for %appdata%. After that, you will be sent to the Roaming folder after you hit enter. Exit that folder and enter Local. After that, locate the DeadByDaylight folder. Once there, open game.ini and enter the code:
[/Script/Engine.WorldSettings]
MinUndilatedFrameTime=0.0465
And save the file.

Now feel free to launch Dead by Daylight.

There is already a post about this on the forum, and Zekeo on YouTube has a tutorial on it. It is tutorial #13, which I cannot directly link.
