Shift,keep holding shift and jump. Crouch and keep holding shift.Than press A+D fast.(not both) When you get it jump back and don't keep holding shift.

w+s is easier for my doing while crouched the whole time there is a new unpatched method if your still doing the old one
Dude, the W+S method is way too easy for people to cry and do that A+D junk...-_- Learned in 2 days, mastered on the 2nd...
