NEED WALMART HELP!! ADVICE NEEDED!!!

Hi there, I have been trying for the past 3 days to order from walmart.com to send to a reship using an amex giftcard. I have definitive proof that there are people out there within the last day using the exact same reship and same gift card and being able to place order. I have even tried visa giftcard but that doesnt work either. what is happening. Ive never done walmart on this ip this place. The only thing thats the same is the same computer. please if anyone has advice message me. or comment before

Walmart will rebill and if that doesn't work, sell your debt to debt collectors. Refund something else.

See if you can speak with the department that is cancelling the orders. People are getting orders through that are over $1000 with gift cards to reships.

they rebill for every refund now and debt collectors are aware of that

who in their right mind would refund walmart..... there are other sites like best buy...
