So a website I ordered off recently said they may not be able to do a refund or replacement, since it's such a high value item. They advised me to go to my bank and do a chargeback.
So..
I called my bank up and asked what that would entail, and all they said was that I would have to speak to a supervisor. I told the guy on the phone I would hold off for another couple of days just in case. Do chargebacks with banks usually lead to investigations?
My order total was like under $1k, and it is a partial refund.
Let me know your experiences! Thanks.
The bank won't start an investigation, especially not over 1k.
tell 'em what the bank said.
and did you call?
sometimes I refund over email and they're dickheads
give them a call. the reps just gave me refund
Pretty sure the bank will follow up with the place you purchased from
also need some answers for thois
Hit me up boii.
Wow, don't create such situations in future. If you said you lost your package and they have tracking number they will win.Regardless if they have signature option or not.
