Didn't you leave Olly, CE, or something like that opened?
Maybe you should check your Task Manager to see if you can
find something that shouldn't be opened.

Same Problem

If you restarted PC and the problem persists, try to re-install the game.

Close any suspected proccess
like CE , Injectors , Process hacker , dummper
if this solution not help you
try to change your hacks function method
