So I need a GPU. SE can't be used? Refunding to EU?
Please let me know what can be done. Will pay good money.

Yes, I thought so but what can be refunded to EU?

I thought there are quite a number of posts that are related to nvidia refund? at a cut of ~20%, check it out in User Services forum.

nivida can still be done however it is alot more involed then a normal refund.i can do it for you and would only request half upfront and half when completed
