As of right now he is permanently banned,he is disputing his ban so if that goes in his favor you can do the trade.

We cant do the trade right now ? thats why i wanted to do the MM. so if he gets rejected then i wont get scammed [in case] he is ok with the rules and im too.

He is banned. He obviously cant trade with his main account at the moment,and he certainly isnt allowed to trade using his alt account which is there to make a staff dispute.

If he gets unbanned then he can. @Breezeyou2

/ sorry for posting here with my alt, just wanted to clarify that I am not doing any trades with my alt account!
He contacted me through my banner and we are not talking over MPGH.
