Rules question.

Sorry if this is not the correct forum but I was searching where to post this but I wasnt so sure where.
If I open up a shop on the marketplace, am I allowed to state that I will give vouches only to Staff members?

this will count as your vouch.
after that, you can choose to give vouch to mods if you like.

yeah a mod will decide winner after 72h

You can give vouch copies to anyone you want, to open Store you have to get any vouch from Giveaway approval service.
Simple as that!
