Wrongful Blacklist Appeal

I was recommended for blacklist by @Danny

Back in December I was supposed to complete an order for @killerseb1 , I lost the reship details for the first account and did not have enough BTC to refund OP so I sent him back half and was waiting to exchange PP to send the rest. Told OP I would retry and he sent back the half refund. Retried the process but it didn't work out the monitor was sent back to the company. I offered him a much better monitor. OP did not want this at the moment and I continued to retry and work with OP to get it resolved well into January. Apparently OP didn't want it at the time. I came on again, offered the same resolution to OP, he agreed and I got unbanned and now I got blacklisted. I don't believe I should be blacklisted because I didn't ''scam'' the user as said by joe. It wasn't 4 months closer to 2 months and a week for resolution. I was actively trying to resolve the issue. I didn't dip and return because I wanted to sell. Seb can vouch that I've always wanted to resolve this issue there it's not because ''I just wanted to sell'' because as stated earlier I offered the very same resolution at the beginning of this. I don't see how this would be classified as a ''scam''

@Danny @Hero @Liz
Trade initiated on 4th December, it failed on the 7th and then you were making false promises and ignoring seb which led to the scam report. The scam report got to the point of a new shipping confo being sent on the 18th which failed and you went offline for 2 weeks ignoring seb again. This was resolved 2 days ago (albeit you would've been in discussion a period before that to sort out the successful SE. So overall it has been 4 months to sort out the report, in which you should have refunded him rather than offering resolutions you couldn't uphold. I can't really see seb vouching for you always wanting to resolve it considering he was calling you a dipshit and was clearly not happy with how you were dealing with it.

Smoke mentioned you resolved this and about a potential blacklist which was discussed and seems reasonable. @Abubukar

I'm not saying that I don't deserve some form of punishment 2 weeks is a bit excessive to me considering I was trying to fix this all along. 4th of december to the 3rd of march is 3 months and considering the deal went in limbo around the middle of December so that's just over 2 months but that's not the point here. And as I said, 1. I didn't 'scam' the user because I actually sent back half of the btc to user and was waiting for an exchange to send the rest. 2. I didn't reimburse user just so I could sell and I even told seb I'd still try to get him a gaming screen

I don't believe I should be punished for resolving the report in this period but I'd like to at least request a shorter duration

I don't see that anywhere else, I see you refunded $71 trying to refund the BTC value and not the USD value. Even so you didn't refund the rest and provided other resolutions which failed until recently. I believe the blacklist duration is fair for the extreme inconvenience to the customer.
@Ahl unless if you have read the threads and believe the duration should be changed, it will stand.
@Danny @Ahl sent me half but I sent it back due to him saying he would try to get another one shipped to me. At this point I just want another monitor or my money back, I'm patient and I'd rather just be patient and get something versus nothing. I understand he may have been busy, I like to give second chances though.

@Ahl please close the dispute. The blacklist will stand.
