I can't connect, says already connected

I can never use IM I never even see the button is up? Anybody know how to fix this?

You guys probably have comcast, disable your advanced security. It blocks the chat

Hey guys im having an issue today, my IM popup isnt showing up now, and when I click someones add to IM it just sends me back to main page, anyone got a fix?

I am on low security

You have to go into the xfinity internet panel website on your computer and disable advanced security from that. It's not the security setting you're looking at in the router settings.

Im Not opening

Can't open IM today, worked fine yesterday but nothing for the last 2 hours. When i click a link to im it sends me to; https://www.mpgh.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=147

New to the site so I don't know if there is another way i should use to open im, please help
