By the time I request to Add someone I forget who he is and what he's offering...
Why can't I send him a custom message that when he approves me will be seen to both of us, that way I would know why I contacted him in the first place.

Chat is not working it says connecting and already connected, oh I forgot, that's normal now I guess.

Still not working, what's up with this?

I am literally sitting here 9 hours and clicking Chat, I don't think it's working?
Can someone fix something or? idk.

Trying to connect all the day but not working at all , come on guys can this be even fixed?

If you have too many contacts you will have loading issues. Wiping contacts any time there is an issue isn't a good option. I'll look into optimizations without pulling my refactor in (it isn't ready).

It still does not work, and wiping contacts for me isn't a good option because imagine if someone pays to me and gets removed from chat, they won't care to find out why they will call me scammer instead so that's not good.

Maybe because of you dont have a few thousands contacts on IM? Its a good known problem for popular sellers and still nothing fixed with it...

Never had thousands tho. I every now and then delete contacts when our transactions are completed.

I don't think so, guy who I removed added me back and told me that he will report me for scamming him because I deleted him.

Oh and yesterday I lost over 20+ new customers, and many said that they are not satisfied anymore because they didn't got answer.

I do not have thousands of customers here yet tho, so i cannot relate on your experience.
