How can I make the chat appear for me? I need the details of a purchase I made ...

Completely disappeared for me too... dont even see options for it anymore and clicking chat at the top does nothing. tried 2 different browsers

Tried Chrome+Samsung Internet on my phone
Safari on my MacBook - no IM on any device...

Works now (what i did was to allow the invalid birdie certificate (invalid date))

still dead..do something guys

Same here, not appear for me.

I don't understand rules say cannot use outside communication for sales, purchases-selling but IM hardly works maybe 2 or 3 times a week at most. I am waiting for refunders to answer me and no way to communicate since yesterday morning... :-(
