no sadly no access to it at my side as well we need for @Dave84311 to be online server of IM crashed.

Sounds like a single point of failure, bringing the IM back up shouldn't be the responsibility of a single person

'Is there no alternative to IM that already has so many drawbacks? now with the constant disappearance, I think you guys should think of something else that will properly notify sellers and users when they are added or when they get messages.
