Confirming this on a normal account it works on the main account with lots of contacts it won't usually IM server reset Fix this problem.

Clear all cookies in browser and login again , Then IM Works fine

I'm unable to send new messages, no browsers are working for me.

Reconnecting.

I'm having issues as well again
