Hello sir, please try reading posts and announcements. You ARE allowed to use outside contact. IM is no longer enforced as the only contact method. It has been (and still is) posted as announcements around the forum, in sticky threads, and I mentioned it again in this thread just a few posts above.

IM Back online fully working now if you still have issue make sure clear cookies try diffrent browser turn off antivirus and bypass link address of IM on antivirus

Yup. IM is down atm. It will be fixed soon!

Both Telegram and Discord is allowed so feel free to use IM will be back up as soon as Dave get online so yes its down for all

Yeah, definitely down. In the past, many times did not show up on my main browser(Brave) but it would still work on other browsers, this time it's not showing up on any of my other browsers.
