How do i get my clothing online because i cant find setting that does that. Did i miss something? if you know why my cloths doesn't show please help

You probably have your graphics on the lowest (if you're on 059 and that's what you put for smoother gameplay). It only impacts you if that's the case. I can't think of any other problem other than that. You cannot change clothing without buyingning clothing as far as I know
