"Antimalware Service Executable" process reacts to external's WriteProcessMemory

I recently noticed that Windows 10's "Antimalware Service Executable" background process reacts (in such a way that cpu strongly increases) to external cheat's (ESP's) WriteProcessMemory function.
Is it possible to avoid this?
