How does the Argentina method work?

Create a new ARS account, share whatever you purchase from it to your main account (buy games via steam wallet). Easier, safe and you won't have to contact steam.

I think so, you must wait 24 hours before (steam restriction)

How do game bans work with family sharing like if i shared a game to my alt but got a game ban would steam then give me a game ban on the main account that shared the game?

SHOULD work the same with game bans, you don't lose anything by trying...

If you alt is banned while family shared, main is banned too (even if you didn't enter the game there)

I can confirm as of now, that gifting games from the argentina region accounts to USA accounts is either not possible or must have a different way. Steam will error out due to pricing differences between the regions.
