Can somebody tell me how to change currencies today? When i tried it I couldn't do it in the account details section. What's the new way of changing currencies?

They have heavily locked down the ability to change regional stores. You may be better off just buying an additional steam account that is already in the argentina region vs trying to change your current one

okay here is what I know and it works:
1. Make new account, as far as I know you cannot change regions on existing accounts anymore
2. Add your new account with your main, wait 7 days before you can gift them anything
3. Send them 5 dollar steam card through steam store
4. Logout of your main acc, turn on VPN to your desired country
5. Signin to your new account and accept your gift, make sure it says the correct currency! e.g TL for turkey, ARS for Argentina !!DO NOT ACCEPT the gift if its the wrong currency, it will change your store country on your new account. You can decline if its the wrong currency and you can try again with VPN

I also tried to add a steam wallet gift card and I was having an error saying I couldn't add the card even tho the region is global.
Dunno what to do.

From what I heard they blocked EUR and USD Gifts cards on ARS and RU accounts... However other currency should still working ( HKD for example).
Btw I didn't test it by myself yet
